Convenient, Effective Care In Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco
At Tri-Cities Primary Care, Jason England, ARNP, FNP-C, and the rest of our care team are passionate about helping our patients achieve and maintain their best health and well-being. We’d love to partner with you to develop a personalized treatment plan to meet your unique health needs and goals!
Referrals to Specialists
Most insurances require referrals from a patient’s primary care provider for most specialties. Some specialists also require a referral from the primary care provider, even if the insurance does not. At Tri-Cities Primary Care, we understand that some healthcare needs may require specialized attention beyond the scope of our services. In such cases, we can provide referrals to trusted specialists in the area. Our team works closely with these specialists to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of care for our patients.
Telemedicine/Telehealth
Life can get busy, and sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything done! In this case, telemedicine is a great option. This service allows our patients to receive healthcare consultations remotely, using video conferencing to connect with our care team from anywhere! Telehealth can be done on your smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera. If you’re overbooked, running late, if there’s bad weather, or just want to stay in the comfort of your own home, we’re happy to serve you from wherever you are!
Medication Management
At Tri-Cities Primary Care, we offer medication management services to help our patients manage their medications safely and effectively. Our team works closely with each patient to understand their medical history, current medications, and any other relevant factors to develop a personalized medication plan. We also monitor our patients’ progress and adjust their medication regimen as needed to ensure that they are receiving the best possible care. Our goal is to ensure that our patients are taking their medications correctly and experiencing optimal health outcomes.
