Preventative Health Care

Screenings and checks-ups are essential to reduce the risk of health care issues. Its important to do your preventative visits (Annual Exams and Well Child Checks) regularly.

General Health

There are many general health care needs that need regular management by a primary care provider.

Referrals to Specialists

Most insurances require referrals from their primary care provider for most specialities. Some specialists also require referrals from the primary care provider even if your insurance does not require. Set up an appointment if you need a referral!

Telemedicine (Video visit)

Life can get busy and sometimes there are not enough hours in a day to get things done. Telemedicine is a great option for many appointments which can be done on your smartphone or computer with a camera. If you are running late, if there is bad weather, or just want to stay in the comfort of your own home/work/other location, a telemedicine visit could fit your needs.

Medication Management

Each person is unique and has unique needs. Not everyone requires to be on medications but others do. Some medications require regular monitoring to know if you are on the right dose and medication. You and your health care provider will determine what follow-up interval is best for what medications you are on.

Mental Health

We are able to offer mental health services/medication management for concerns such as depression and anxiety. There are times in life where we are feeling down, depressed, or hopeless and sometimes we may need help managing or knowing what is best. We are here to help.
