Most insurances cover telemedicine/video visits in the same way that they provide coverage for an in-person office visit to your primary care provider. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your insurance provider.

Yes, we have a no-show policy that takes effect starting from the first visit that you have! Attending your appointment is important, not only for your health, but also for ensuring that we have maximum scheduling availability for all of our patients.

Appointments can be scheduled by either calling the office or online, via the “Schedule Appointment” button on our website. This button will take you to an online scheduling platform, but please note that booking your appointment online will only allow you to schedule out as far as a few months in advance. If you would like a further appointment slot, please call the office.

Yes! It is highly recommended that everyone, of all ages, has a primary care provider. Even if you are seeing several specialists to manage various diagnoses, it is still recommended to have a primary care provider to oversee your general health.
